The Role Reporting to the Regional Manager, this position is responsible for delivering the stores financial targets and company key performance indicators focusing heavily on creating a warm and genuine customer service experience. This role will also build a team that is empowered to exceed within the retail store and overseeing the Chermside concept store and surrounding concession pads.
