Role Description

Due to increased growth and demand, we are currently seeking a Subcontract Trainer and Assessor to join NCT. This is a casual role for a Technical Trainer at National Civil Train. You will be responsible for delivering technical training sessions, and ensuring effective communication with trainees :

• Conduct assessment in accordance with the principles of assessment and the designated assessment strategy.
• Contribute to continuous improvement, identifying opportunities for improvement and acting responsively to implement agreed improvements.
• Contribute to the development of training and assessment materials when required.
• Participate in assessment validation activities to promote fair and reliable assessment and to maintain the alignment of assessment activities and materials with industry expectations and training package requirements.
