The roleWorking as a Quality Advisor you will provide support & guidance to the leadership teams within your portfolio of homes. This role supports 8 residential aged care services within a set geographic.
You will play a key role in undertaking clinical audits of each service, highlighting any areas of improvement, recognizing & removing any clinical risk and ensuring an excellent level of care delivery is achieved.
Due to the nature of this role you will be required to travel to various homes within NSW.Summary of dutiesUndertake the review, evaluate & completion of quality audits within each serviceProvide detailed reporting surrounding any areas of clinical risk with recommendations for improvements.Work collaboratively with each leadership team to support staff members with education surrounding quality improvements.Participate in the implementation and updating of clinical policies, procedures & processes.Support each service with their continuous improvement monitoring & planningSkills and experienceAHPRA RN Registration - with previous experience within a similar role within aged careUp to date knowledge of industry standards, quality principles & auditsThorough understanding & experience of aged care accreditation processExperience with review, updating & implementation of quality improvements and CI planningExcellent communication & analytical skills with the ability to make balanced decisionsAbout Collar GroupWe are already Australia's leading recruiter for the healthcare, mining and trades, facilities management, transport and logistics, and property and construction sectors.
