Job descriptionOperations Coordinator based out of our client's Key Points of Interest Assist in managing booking rejections Update various account management systems regarding booking status Manage timeslots for arrival to distribution centres Ensure all containers have relevant paperwork and are ready for deliveries Assist operations teams to ensure seamless deliveries General admin duties as required Monday - Friday 6am - 2pm Potential overtime available on Saturdays 32.69 per hour + super Potential temp to perm opportunity after 3 months Previous experience with Excel and Outlook is necessary Previous admin experience is beneficial Previous experience in the transport industry is beneficial
