Old MacDonald's Child Care (OMCC) is a purpose-built private childcare service located in Orchard Hills (Erskine Park side). Our childcare service caters to children aged 6 weeks to 6 years. We operate 7.00am to 6.00pm Monday
This is a rare opportunity to work in suburbia on 6.5 acres with animals (cow, sheep, alpaca, goats, horses, rabbits and chickens), go on tractor / trailer rides with the children and have a beautifully designed play space that incorporates sustainability for the children to explore for hours.
We are currently seeking the following full-time positions :
1. Early Childhood Teacher with recognised university qualifications.
2. Diploma Group Leader in Early Childhood Education and Care
3. Certifcate 3 in Early Childhood Education and Care Assistant Educator

1. Applicable qualifications (listed above) in Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent that is approved by ACECQA.
2. Approved by ACECQA First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis training
3. Child Protection statement of attainment for Identify and Report to Children and Young People at Risk. (CHCPRT025)
4. Previous experience working with children 0-6 years (minimum 2 years).
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
6. Proven ability to be a productive team member and maintain teamwork.
7. Previous experience and knowledge of implementing the Early Years Learning Framework.
8. Working knowledge and ability to implement Work Health and Safety Standards.
1. Previous experience working with children with additional needs.
2. Previous experience and importance of ongoing professional development.
3. Previous experience of engaging & building professional relationships with families and the community.
This position has been identified as child-related under Child Protection laws in NSW. Applicants must provide OMCC with a valid copy of the Working with Children Check clearance obtained from the NSW Office of the Children's Guardian. Prohibited individuals are not eligible to apply.
Wages and conditions are in accordance with the Children's Services Award ( MA000120) or Educational Services (Teachers) Award (MA000077) and the NES.
