We are seeking a motivated and experienced Business Analyst to join our team. As a Business Analyst at Escient, you will play a crucial role in understanding our clients' needs, identifying opportunities for improvement, and developing effective strategies to drive business growth. This position requires a selfless, creative, and courageous individual who thrives in a fast-paced and challenging environment.

Responsibilities will vary but may include :

• Conduct comprehensive analysis of client needs, including their goals, processes, and challenges, to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather requirements and contribute to innovative solutions.
• Create and present clear and concise reports, presentations, and dashboards to communicate findings and strategies to clients and internal teams.
• Assist in the implementation, ensuring successful execution and desired outcomes.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, providing thought leadership and strategic guidance to clients and colleagues.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes and methodologies to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of our consulting services.
