One of our valued clients is an International Leader in the Medical Devices Industry. With offices around Australia they need customer service representative to join their team in Macquarie to meet an increase in demand.

  • To be considered for this role you must demonstrate that you have the following :

  • Skills & Experience
  • Demonstrated exceptional customer service skills
  • Accurate data entry skills
  • Previous experience with order entry's
  • Previous call centre and high volume call experience
  • Experience in manufacturing environment an advantage
  • Able to liaise confidently with internal and external stakeholders in face to face situations, over the phone and electronically
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in an Automotive environment is an advantage
  • Ability to take direction and change priorities as required
  • Intermediate computer skills (Word, Excel and Access)
  • Ability to work in diverse environments and be part of a team
  • Ability to work unsupervised and a willingness and flexibility to work reasonable overtime and rosters to meet customer needs.
