Regis Resources is an ASX 200-listed Perth based gold production and exploration company with a proven management team and a successful track record of developing mid-sized gold operations.Regis is a purely Australian gold miner with significant open pit and underground operations, which includes the 100% owned Duketon Gold Project and a 30% ownership of the Tropicana Gold Project, both in Western Australia. In FY25, Regis expects to produce between 350 thousand and 380 thousand ounces of gold and has a current market capitalisation of around A$3.6 billion.

The current mine site locations are in the Northeastern Goldfields of WA, with multiple mining operations both open pit and underground. Job Description

The Opportunity

We have a unique opportunity for a Supply Supervisor at our Duketon Operations to lead our onsite warehouse team. The Supply Supervisor is accountable for overseeing all aspects of site inventory and providing leadership for the warehousing function to ensure a safe and efficient operation. The Supply Supervisor will be accountable to fulfil all statutory responsibilities including, but not limited to, Mining, Occupational Safety and Health, Dangerous Goods and Environmental Acts and Regulations.

This is a site-based role, working on an 8 : 6 FIFO roster (ex-Perth).

About the Role

  • Take ownership of personal safety and that of colleagues through a proactive approach towards behavioural safety, hazard identification and risk management.
  • Fulfil all statutory responsibilities in accordance with applicable legislation and regulationsin accordance with Mining, Occupational Safety and Health, Dangerous Goods and Environmental Acts and Regulations.
  • Supervise the safe work of all store persons and other personnel working at the warehouse.
  • Liaise with contractors and external suppliers related to goods and services.
  • Manage training and competencies pertaining warehouse personnel.
  • Maintain safe and efficient warehouse work areas.
  • Ensure that applicable supply information is accurately recorded.
  • Manage stock obsolescence / slow moving items / disposal.
  • Conduct reagent related daily, weekly and month end counts.
  • In collaboration with the Supply Chain Superintendent, conduct project work to identify and implement inventory and warehouse improvements.
  • Desired Skills and Experience

    About You

  • Certificate IV in Supply Chain Operations or equivalent.
  • Current Dangerous Goods Licence (highly desirable)
  • Leadership experience across inventory and warehousing within the resources sector.
  • Experience with Pronto.
  • Ability to problem solve and devise proactive solutions.
  • Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for process improvement and problem-solving.
