An exciting opportunity is available for a motivated and experienced Mid-Level Strata Manager to join a professional team in Sydney’s Inner West on a temporary basis. This role offers a temp-to-perm pathway , making it ideal for candidates looking for both immediate employment and longer-term career opportunities in strata management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of residential and / or mixed-use strata schemes
- Coordinate and attend AGMs, committee meetings, and extraordinary meetings
- Advise clients on relevant strata legislation, compliance, and best practices
- Oversee building maintenance, repairs, and contractor coordination
- Prepare and manage budgets, levies, and financial documentation
- Maintain strong relationships with strata committees, owners, and service providers
- Ensure accurate record-keeping and legislative compliance
- Handle client correspondence and resolve issues promptly and professionally
Requirements
- 2-4 years' experience in strata management (mid-level experience preferred)
- Solid understanding of NSW strata legislation and processes
- Certificate of Registration (Strata) is essential; Class 1 licence is highly regarded
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in strata management software (e.g., StrataMaster, StrataMax)
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
