We’re looking for Machine Operators to join our Prestons Distribution Centre, with opportunities available across both day and afternoon shifts .

Shift times :

Day Shift : 5 : 00 AM – 1 : 00 PM

Afternoon Shift : 1 : 30 PM – 9 : 30 PM

In this hands-on role, you’ll operate machinery safely and efficiently, perform manual handling tasks, and help us deliver top-quality products every day.

Daily Tasks :

Operate and monitor machinery to meet production targets while ensuring food safety and HACCP compliance

Perform manual handling tasks, including lifting, pushing, and bending (up to 20 kg)

Picker and packer duties as required

Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet specifications and report issues promptly

Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including storing materials, equipment, and tools

Identify and escalate food safety or quality concerns, hazards, and risks

Support the team in achieving productivity targets

You Will Bring to This Role :

Forklift licence required , with demonstrated experience operating forklifts safely and confidently ( 20–30% of the role involves forklift operation )

Previous experience as a picker / packer in a fast-paced environment (preferred but not required)

Physically fit and able to repetitively lift, push, and pull items between 5 kg to 20 kg

Ability to understand and follow instructions and procedures

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively and contribute to a positive team environment

Flexibility and a willingness to work across various shifts as needed
