  • Your Role

    • We have an exciting permanent opportunity for a

  • Delivery Lead
  • to lead multiple agile development squads to deliver of key business and technology strategies. You'll work in a team that is role modelling inclusion and respects and celebrates Diversity in all its forms.

    • In this newly assigned role, you'll be leading and collaborating with key stakeholders to deliver exceptional business outcomes through technology delivered change. You'll be accountable for ensuring good governance practices to activating superior experiences for customers, colleagues and partners. As a Lead, you'll assist with tracking project | program financials, manage initiative dashboards, and support the resource planning and budgeting.

  • About You

    • We are looking for someone who has exposed experience in environments involving complex programs and demonstrates the following :

  • Minimum 5 years practical hands-on experience as Iteration Manager (or Scrum Master)- Active in the Agile community with experience working with Partners and Suppliers- Proven experience in Workforce planning, budgeting, and forecasting- Excellent communication, interpersonal and facilitation skills- You have a continuous improvement mindset.- You have strong people leadership and negotiation skills (min 5 years)- Able to coach / mentor agile processes within the team specifically in the delivery of the technology solutions.-
  • Outstanding organizational, communication, interpersonal, relationship building skills conducive to team development; able to work well in a cross-functional, matrix- Proven track record of building motivated, collaborative, and productive development teams with the ability to quickly establish credibility and rapport with technical team members- Ability to work under tight deadlines while coordinating several teams at a time and responding to changing business and technical conditions- Tertiary qualification / s in Information Technology or related fields- Certification relevant to position such as Scrum Master, Scaled Agile or Project Manager
