Job descriptionAbout the Role Provide high quality generalist service as the first point of contact for the contact centre customers. Receive inbound calls, obtain necessary information and utilise generalist knowledge to transfer customers to appropriate contact centre specialists in a courteous, accurate and efficient manner. Create a positive relationship in all customer interactions across all interaction channels. Support contact centre activities and transactions processes including use of office technology, information and customer relationship management (CRM) systems. About You Excellent written and verbal communication skills Intermediate computer skills and proficient in Microsoft office suite Ability to obtain a working with children check Benefits of contracting through Ashdown People 5th largest supplier to the NSW Government Get paid weekly Offer Insurances for ABN Contractors Consistent communication & transparency Detailed onboarding & support
