Fuse Recruitment is currently seeking for a Full time Maintenance Fitter to join our client's team located in Dry Creek. Our client is a well-known established global food Manufacturing client, supplying bread, Rolls and Crumpets across Australia.

About the role

Reporting to the Reliability Coordinator, your role and responsibilities will be (but not limited to) :

Breakdown and preventative maintenance tasks

Fabrication, welding, and machining tasks

Carry out preventative maintenance on machinery, tooling & equipment.

Work in a clean safe manner as an individual and part of a team

Repair and maintain plant equipment.

Intermediate control system process and fault diagnosis

This role is on a rotating shift of 4 days on / 4 days off. This will comprise of 2-day shifts followed by 2-night shifts followed by 4 days off.

About You

Mechanical Fitter trade qualification (essential)

Highly motivated with good communication skills

3 - 4 years of industrial maintenance experience (Food Industry experience preferred)

Fabrication and machining skills (desired)

Intermediate pneumatics / hydraulics skills

Must be reliable, punctual, responsible, and work efficiently.
