Description :

Medline is seeking a skilled Contract Specialist to join the Commercial Services team. This full-time permanent role is an excellent opportunity for a talented individual to contribute to our business growth and success. As a Contract Specialist, you will be responsible for :

Managing the full contract lifecycle including but not limited to contract extensions, price and product variations and change notices Reviewing contract terms and conditions to ensure compliance with company policies and identifying any anomalies Build and foster strong internal relationships with Senior Sales Leaders and the Key Account team. Analyzing contract performance including the reporting and status on all contracts Resolving any contract-related issues or disputes that may arise with support from your Leader Manage the contract database and ensure compliance and data integrity
