About the role

MSS Security is looking for experienced Security Officers to work onsite in Alice Springs at an electrical power plant. This role involves providing a visible presence whilst remaining alert and focused at a highly secure facility. You will be part of an enthusiastic, committed and customer focused team.

Duties include and are not limited to :

Managing visitors check in - issuing access cards and maintaining logins

Patrolling duties - Mobile and Foot patrol

Write reports in response to incidents or unusual activity, ensuring all information is documented

Providing a high level of customer service

Prepare and submit accurate and timely electronic logs and reports

Skills & experience

Current Northern Territory Security licence

Valid First Aid certificate

Valid Working With Children Check (Ochre Card)

Dedication, reliability, and a commitment to security

Physically fit and able to walk and stand for prolonged periods

Great communication skills and Computer literacy skills
