- Build and motivate a high-performing team

- Requirements
- Strong training and coaching abilities / experience
- Previous experience in leading a team to success
- Excellent communication and well-developed interpersonal skills
- A desire to challenge yourself to achieve company objectives
- Excellent time management
- Previous retail experience would be advantageous
