You are living within or very close to our client services located

• primarily in the suburbs south of the river, with some in Perth CBD and immediate surrounds.

As a Care Partner, you will enable our clients to live their best possible life, supporting them to live independently at home and doing the things they love by helping them with everyday activities such as (but not limited to) :

• Support and assistance with personal care such as showering and dressing
• Household cleaning and laundry
• Meal preparation
• Providing respite for carers
• Transport to and from appointments / shops
• Social support
• Assisting with complex care needs
• What do we need from you?

The position is offered as Permanent Part Time offering 30 hours per fortnight, depending on your availability. Opportunities to increase your hours as new clients join us for support in the area.

Availability for a minimum of three (3) weekdays between 07 : 00am and 6 : 00pm is essential. Availability for some weekend work is highly advantageous.

You will need to be comfortable working on your own in the local community, have excellent verbal communication skills and have an empathetic, patient and caring nature.

This role does require you to have a valid Australian driver licence and own a reliable motor vehicle with a minimum Comprehensive Car Insurance as you need to travel to our clients' homes.

• It is a requirement you undergo background checks including a new police check at no cost to you
