Job descriptionDuties and Responsibilities Answering sales and general queries. Accurate processing of customer orders, and quotes. Organising dispatch. Coordinating with the production team. Communicating stock availability and delivery dates to customers. Managing cash sale payments and maintaining pricing information. Customer invoicing and follow-up on late payments. Prepare and provide sales reports, and pipelines, and update databases. To be successful in this position, you will require the following 3 + years in a similar role or Business Administration Role Strong customer service skills. - Part-time Sales and Logistics Coordinator
- for our Client in
- Osborne Park
- In this role you will report to the Sales and Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in handling customer sales queries, processing orders, and coordinating logistics for domestic and export requirements.
Monday - Friday 9 am-2 pm (40 hours)
Rate : $41.00 per hour.
