  • Developing engaging communication strategies that build awareness, trust, and adoption across all levels of the organisation.
  • Identifying and managing change risks and impacts —ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Championing cultural and behavioural change —supporting agile, collaborative, and innovative ways of working.
  • Collaborating with business units and cross-functional teams to ensure integrated and effective change delivery.
  • Leading and developing a high-performing change team —ensuring accountability, capability, and engagement.

Who you are :

We’re looking for a change leader who can balance strategy with hands-on delivery, bring clarity to complexity, and engage and inspire stakeholders at all levels.

You’ll bring :

  • Proven experience leading enterprise-level change management in digital transformation or technology environments.
  • A strong understanding of change management frameworks (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter) and how to apply them flexibly.
  • Expertise in stakeholder engagement, communications, and change impact analysis .
  • A deep understanding of Agile, Lean, and Human-Centred Design principles .
  • Exceptional communication skills—able to influence, build trust, and connect across the business.
  • Strong leadership skills—able to build and lead teams, coach others, and foster a collaborative, high-performance culture.
  • Adaptability, resilience, and a proactive mindset—able to navigate ambiguity, shifting priorities, and complex environments.
  • A few things you’ll need :

  • Postgraduate qualification in Change Management, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Change management certification (e.g., Prosci) is highly desirable.
