• Store Manager
• for our beautiful Willoughby location, where you'll lead the team and manage the day-to-day operations. With your creative thinking, strong business acumen, and passion for our product range, you'll inspire and energise your team while driving the store's success!
• ABOUT THE ROLE
• Assist driving a customer-centric culture, creating an exciting, educational and seamless experience with every interaction
• Oversee the visual merchandising of the store
• Motivate and lead the sales team
• Customer dispute resolution
• Manage the store deliveries, stock transfers, stocktakes, inventory etc
• Assist the interior stylist with our in-home stylist service and installation when required
• THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
• Excitement for our furniture and décor range. You are selling it so you need to love it!
• Experience in a similar role, supervising teams in a retail environment.
• An open and supportive leader, with the ability to motivate, empower and inspire a team to achieve success.
• An eye for detail
• Exposure to stock management would be a bonus
• Retail Express and Shopify experience would be favoured immensely
• High computer literacy is important
