Guaranteed $21.50-$26 an hour as your starting wage!

We have an exceptional wage and guaranteed tip program. We offer $18-$22 an hour base wage plus a GUARANTEED minimum of $4 an hour in tips = $21.50-$26 an hour, as starting compensation - even for brand new hires!

Job Specs

Our cooks work together as a TeeM with the front of house to provide amazing meals to our guests! They make our menu items from scratch and prepare every dish that leaves the kitchen according to spec and ensures they're plated with care and attention. You'll :

  • Learn about plant-based cooking
  • Get the chance to flex creativity by coming up with weekly features
  • Enjoy learning and progressing through the stations.
  • Set the next crew up for success with proper stock, cleanliness and communication.
  • Keep the kitchen clean, tidy and functional

    • Who we're looking for :

  • Maintains a clean and organized working space
  • Resourceful and well-organized with a sense of urgency
  • Has an attention to detail and ability to follow recipes
  • Works effectively independently and in a team environment
  • Able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
  • Strong interpersonal and troubleshooting skills
  • Remains calm, maintains perspective, and responds in a professional manner when faced with tough situations
  • Looks to help everyone around them succeed
  • Minimum 2 years line and prep cook experience in fast paced kitchen
  • Available to work a variety of shifts including closes, opens, and weekends
  • Able to lift and carry boxes
  • Able to stand for up to 10 hours
  • Legally eligible to work in Canada
