Key ResponsibilitiesSales Strategy and ExecutionDevelop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve company growth targets.Identify and pursue business growth, including targeting customers through database analysis and targeting customer with a multi-orders purchasing history.Manage the entire sales process, from initial acquisition media campaigns, to first order activity, through to multiple-order customers.Oversee the creation of high-quality marketing materials, including mail order catalogues and supporting product brochures.Monitor and manage the customer sales team to optimize service levels and improve conversion rates.Marketing Strategy and Brand ManagementImplement and build a marketing plan that positions Easylife as a leader in the multi-channel retail category.Oversee the creation of high-quality Product photography, including studio, still and outdoor photo shoots for all catalogue, website, social media content and digital advertising campaigns.Collaborate with external agencies to deliver effective marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and revenue growth.Ensure the company branding and creative position is integrated and seamless between retail channels, including digital, catalogue and acquisition strategies.Client Relationship ManagementEnsure exceptional levels of service and customer satisfaction form the customer sales team.Conduct regular customer service team meetings to ensure. 1- A cohesive sales strategy and a sound knowledge of the Easylife product range. 2 - updates on all marketing materials, including catalogues, digital content and media activity. 3 - all product prices, discounts and offers are communicated to the Customer Sales team.Act as the primary point of contact for customer sales team, addressing any concerns or questions in a timely and professional manner.Job TypesFull-time, PermanentPay : $98,000.00 - $106,000.00 per year
