Offering strategic HR consultancy to managers Providing valuable advice across the business Collaborating with leaders & managers to implement people-oriented processes Manage own specific HR projects Prepare letters of offer and relevant employment documents Assist with learning & development Building on company policies, procedures, agreements & other requirements Implementing employee engagement and retention initiatives Onboarding & Off-boarding What do you need? Proven 4-5 Year's experience within HR generalist Advisory In-depth knowledge of Australia employment legislation & compliance frameworks Exceptional interpersonal skills for coaching, influencing, & managing others effectively Demonstrated ability to understand, support, & collaborate with various areas, levels, and functions Ability to work within a team & autonomously Ability to prioritise and work in a fast-paced environment 0407 891 695 to discuss in further detail!
