- Manage our passionate community youth mental health teams
- Ongoing full-time role (with monthly ADOs)

- Your new team
- Orygen Specialist Programs (OSP), a program of The Royal Melbourne Hospital, provides mental health services to young people aged 15-25 (soon to be 12-25) and their families / carers in Melbourne's northwest and western suburbs.
- Your new role
- A multidisciplinary role open to Grade 5 Registered Psychiatric Nurses and Grade 4 Occupational Therapists, Social Workers and Psychologists._ In this role, you will :
- Ensure service provision within the specialist clinical streams are consistent with best practice standards and evidence-based care
- Manager of all community / clinical streams within the inner-west and northwest catchment, i.e. Early Psychosis, Youth Mood Clinic, HYPE, Eating Disorders, Dual Diagnosis / Addiction, Neurodevelopmental Disorders
- Provide leadership across clinical, strategic and operational spheres
- Manage implementation and evaluation of quality clinical services, management of resources and budget, policy formulation, facilitation of research and establishment of community and clinical interfaces
- Implement and ongoing development of a regional model of service delivery for clinical services
- About You
- You are passionate, energetic and determined to make a difference to the mental health outcomes of young people and their families / carers. In addition, you bring :
- Proven ability to manage and lead multidisciplinary teams, including managing staff resources and ensuring high standards of practice through staff supervision, clinical review, training and professional development activities
- Substantial experience in clinical practice within the mental health field, including young people experiencing mental health disorders
- Registration and qualifications in a relevant area of practice (see position description for details)
