Position Overview :

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in Australia - Victoria, Queensland, or Western Australia. This role is critical for driving business growth, developing strategic initiatives, and managing a high-performing sales team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, a robust sales background, and a passion for delivering exceptional client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Sales Strategy Development : Design and implement sales strategies to generate new business for our commercial insurance portfolio and achieve regional revenue goals in Victoria, Queensland, or Western Australia.
  • Team Leadership : Recruit, mentor, and lead a motivated sales team focused on commercial insurance solutions, fostering a culture of performance and client-first service.
  • Market Analysis : Analyze industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive activity within the commercial insurance landscape to inform strategic decisions.
  • Client Relationship Management : Cultivate strong relationships with corporate clients, brokers, and key stakeholders, ensuring high levels of service satisfaction and retention.
  • Performance Monitoring : Define KPIs and sales targets specific to commercial insurance, evaluate team performance, and provide ongoing coaching and support.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner with underwriting, claims, and marketing teams to deliver comprehensive and competitive insurance packages tailored to business clients.
  • Reporting : Provide detailed sales reports, market insights, and forecasts to senior leadership to guide strategic planning.

Qualifications :

  • A degree in Business, Finance, or a related discipline is preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of working experience in selling commercial insurance products.
  • Proven success in business development, driving commercial insurance growth, and expanding market presence in Victoria, Queensland, or Western Australia
  • Demonstrated ability to drive results and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
