You'll be empowered to focus on your career progression and turn your goals into reality as an integral part of the group's success.About the RoleWorking in a fast-paced team environment on a client's site, the role of Customer Service Team Member focuses mainly on the efficient handling and sorting of mails, ensuring its accurate distribution and timely delivery within the organisation.Scope of the Role Includes : Daily mail and courier managementHandling and resolving customer phone and email enquiriesMaintaining office equipment, supplies, and stationeryMaintaining database and updates of presentationsCourier bookings and lodgements with various courier companiesAd hoc administration and dutiesSome heavy lifting may be involvedAbout YouTo be successful in this role, you should display a positive "can-do" attitude and be a highly reliable individual.

You should have a keen eye for detail and always work with accuracy, alongside a good level of computer literacy.
