Position Profile : Functions as a Care Coordinator undertaking clinical assessment of an allocated case load of consumers with a mental illness including undertaking triage, assessments and management of consumers in a community setting. The Clinical Nurse Specialist will be responsible for the leadership and supervision of employees in the delivery of quality nursing practice. Initiates quality improvement practices and implements changes and improvements for the Mental Health Division. Provides nursing consultancy and education for the multidisciplinary teams, other agencies and stakeholders.
