YourLiebherrCareer : ICT Support Engineer - Level 1

About the role

Reporting to the Team Leader IT Security and Infrastructure you will work within a small dynamic team and be responsible for the provision of timely and efficient IT technical support services to the business on a national scale. The role will suit a service-orientated person who is composed patient and is able to deal with multiple enquiries and issues providing quick responses and accurate results. Salary will be between $75000-$85000 per annum.

Duties Include but are not limited to :

• Provide first-level technical support to end-users including troubleshooting hardware and software issues network connectivity problems and email-related concerns
• Installing and configuring computer hardware software systems servers networks printers and scanners
• Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
• Providing technical support to the branch (this may be in person or over the phone)
• Testing new technology and training users
• Active participation in the implementation of new IT solutions and services
