- In this role you will be responsible for
As an Account Executive you will be responsible for assisting a Senior Broker in aspects of client service, including client contact, documentation and technical support :
- Assisting with the development, implementation and management of insurance programs which accurately address client needs;
- Actively assisting with the development of additional business from existing portfolios;
- Assisting with the implementation of appropriate account retention, renewal, broking and defense strategies;
- Timely and accurate production / processing of invoices, policy accounting information, quotations, premium calculations, certificates of currency and all other documentation.
- Develop strong client relationships and maintain an awareness of their business and relevant insurance needs
- Develop and maintain a basic understanding of the core aspects of relevant Insurance and related legislation
- We would like you to have
You will preferably be working in a similar broking role or coming from a finance / banking background. You will have a good understanding of general insurance products such as commercial motor and property, mobile plant and equipment and liability. It is essential you have excellent client engagement abilities, partnered with a team focused attitude and a drive to service clients in a consistent and professional manner.
