Senior Investigator – Regulatory Investigations

3-month contract, possible extension or permanency
Flexible hybrid work model – 3 days onsite, Richmond, VIC

We are currently recruiting for a Senior Investigator to join a regulatory investigations team. This role involves case work that may include covert surveillance and matters related to suspected money laundering.

Key responsibilities :

Conducting investigations into potential regulatory breaches

Supporting intelligence-led and covert operations

Preparing reports, including ministerial briefings

Working with external agencies as required

Maintaining records and case documentation

Requirements :

Experience in investigations in a regulatory or government setting

Strong understanding of compliance and legislation

Report writing skills, particularly for formal audiences

Exposure to covert or surveillance operations is an advantage
