In this role, you will be on the front line, as part of the call centre team. You are passionate about helping people and making a difference to the day-to-day lives of customers, delivering exceptional customer service and providing solutions to issues that may arise.
You must be an Australian citizen and willing to submit relevant documentation to complete an entry level security check, consisting of a National Police clearance, Citizenship Status check and Identify check.
Responsibilities : -
- Effectively dealing with all interactions with a positive, thoughtful and knowledgeable approach.
- Providing accurate, friendly customer service, in line with values and all associated policies and procedures.
- Achieving individual KPIs that are linked to the broader KPI deliverables.
- Managing IT, Services and related enquiries.
- Retaining and maintaining statistical information and updates regarding performance.
- Adhering to service level agreements and regulatory obligations.
Requirements : -
Ideally you will have previous experience within a phone-based customer service in a call centre environment. The successful applicants will have :
- Must Be Immediately Available or within 1 weeks’ notice.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Strong customer service experience in a call centre environment is essential.
- Demonstrated experience in contact centre handling both inbound and outbound process.
- Proven ability to work effectively without close direction and coaching, are self-motivated, decisive and proactive.
- Highly organised, solutions focussed and empathetic to customer needs.
- Have clear telephone communication skills, quick to learn, positive minded and solutions focussed.
- Flexible nature and work well in a highly collaborative team.
- Basic Microsoft Office Outlook, Word and Excel knowledge, exceptional administration skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and remain calm under pressure.
- Ability to forge strong relationships and build rapport with both internal stakeholders and external clients.
- Strong prioritisation, decision making and negotiation skills.
