Now, imagine yourself as our Stakeholder and Communications Advisor, based in vibrant Melbourne. Your role? To be the voice of our major projects, ensuring seamless communication with stakeholders every step of the way. It's a fast-paced gig, perfect for a communications pro hungry for a challenge in the Civil Infrastructure realm.

Your daily grind will involve :

• Crafting top-notch management plans and strategies for stakeholder and community communications.
• Getting down to business with local residents and businesses, working closely with the project team to keep disruptions to a minimum.
• Penning all public notifications and handling community feedback like a pro.
• Organizing community events and rallying support initiatives that make a real difference.

So, who are we looking for? Someone with a knack for connecting with people, paired with killer organizational skills and a hawk-eye for detail. Ideally, you'd bring :

• 5+ years of experience in Stakeholder and Communications roles (Infrastructure background? Even better).
• An IAP2 Certificate of Engagement (if you've got it, flaunt it!).
• A track record of wrangling both internal and external stakeholders with finesse.
• Mad skills in crafting and implementing engagement strategies.
• Familiarity with software packages like Consultation Manager.
