What you'll be doingThe Clinical Coordinator is responsible for the coordination of patient services, unit management and nursing staff management within (ward / unit) consistent with the strategic directions of Western Sydney Local Health District (WSLHD).
The Clinical Coordinator takes responsibility for the health care environment and standard of patient care. As the registered nurse in charge of the ward / unit, the Clinical Coordinator performs as a clinical leader and manager with accountability for culture, quality and safety, patient flow, financial management, change management and the experience of patients in that ward / unit.
