Here's What Makes You a Perfect Fit

Diploma Qualified

You hold an ACECQA-approved Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care (or equivalent), and you're confident in your ability to lead learning experiences.

You Know the Frameworks

With a strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS) , you know how to turn theory into fun, meaningful moments for kids.

You've Done This Before

You bring real-world experience working with children aged 0–5, and you know how to adapt, stay calm, and bring the good vibes—no matter what the day throws at you.

Teamwork Is Your Thing

You love being part of a close-knit team where ideas are shared, support flows both ways, and everyone lifts each other up. You're collaborative, positive, and always ready to pitch in.

Great Communicator

Whether you're talking with families, teaming up with colleagues, or documenting a child's day—you're clear, thoughtful, and professional.

Ready to Go

You've got your Working with Children Check , First Aid Certificate , and all required CPR / anaphylaxis training.
