As the Search & Performance Specialist you will support the Marketing Manager of Customer Acquisition and Partnerships in planning, executing, and optimizing Digital Performance Channels.

You will help drive performance plans to achieve brand & performance objectives, including awareness, consideration, and conversion / sales.

This role is responsible for end-to-end channel operations and ongoing optimization, while also providing guidance and training to the Digital Coordinator to assist with activation and reporting.
