To be successful in this role you will :
Certificate IV in Business Administration, Management or similar qualification.Experience working in a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) or education sector environment.Significant Experience with student management systems and data reporting (e.g., AVETMISS, STELA, NCVER).Experience working in a busy, dynamic client focused environmentDemonstrated experience in working within a compliance framework to standards and positive audit outcomesIt would be a bonus if you :
Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or Diploma level (AQF 5) or higher qualifications in EducationExperience within the community services industryW hat you will be doing Coordinate student lifecycle processes including enrolment, progression, withdrawal, and completion.Coordinate short courses and enrolments for non-accredited and online training products.Coordinate and maintain accurate student records, course setups, and workflows in the Student Management System (SMS) and Learning Management System (LMS), including building course structures and linking to the LMS, in line with RTO processes and standards.Support day-to-day system use by educators and staff, assist with course and resource updates in JobReady and Moodle, report issues or improvement needs, and contribute to enhancing the student and educator experience.Prepare and submit AVETMISS data accurately and on schedule, ensuring alignment with national VET data policy requirements.Administer VET Student Loans (VSL) processes, including eligibility checks, enrolment and progression reporting, student communication, and compliance with legislative and HITS system requirements.If this role is what you are looking for, we'd love to hear from you.
