We are pleased to invite applications for the position of Warehouse Officer to join our UH-60M Black Hawk team in Holsworthy, NSW.

Your responsibilities will include :

As a Warehouse Officer, your responsibilities will incorporate Defence warehouse and inventory operations complying with Commonwealth Governance polices, aeronautical product management and control.

The primary focus of this role will include (not limited to) :

• Ensuring stock is securely packed and stowed
• Receipt, storage and dispatch
• Handling and shipping of Dangerous Goods (as applicable)
• Accurate management of records
• Stock interpretation and discrepancy initiation and investigation
• Identification of stocks / freight
• Operation of Material handling equipment
• Loading of freight
• Rotating roster with shift requirements, ability to be on call

About you :

You will have proven experience within a similar role, ideally within a defence environment, also holding Tertiary qualifications (Certificate III or above) in a relevant discipline (Transport and Distribution etc.) from a recognised institution and / or equivalent relevant experience.
