Stock Controller & Forklift Operator Join a Leading Australian Steel Manufacturer – Acacia Ridge, QLDAre you an organised and experienced Stock Controller with strong forklift operating skills?

We're working with a highly respected, Australian-owned steel manufacturer in Acacia Ridge looking for a reliable, detail-focused professional to join their warehouse team.

What You'll Be Doing : Inventory Management – Accurately receive, label, and store steel products.

Perform stock checks and cycle counts to maintain up-to-date records.Forklift Operation – Safely operate forklifts to move materials around the warehouse and yard, including heavy and oversized steel.Dispatch Preparation – Coordinate and prepare stock for outgoing deliveries, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.Stock Reconciliation – Investigate discrepancies and assist in maintaining accurate stock data using internal systems.Product Quality – Inspect incoming and outgoing goods for quality, damage, and consistency.Warehouse Organisation – Keep work areas tidy, safe, and compliant with company policies and safety procedures.What We're Looking For : Valid LF Forklift LicencePrevious experience in stock control or inventory managementBackground in steel, manufacturing, or warehouse environments (preferred)Strong attention to detail and good problem-solving skillsConfidence handling oversized materials and loading / unloading freightA team-oriented mindset with strong communication skillsWhy Join This Role?Established Australian Manufacturer – Work with a recognised leader in the steel industry.Career Growth – Opportunities to upskill and advance your career.Supportive Work Culture – Join a collaborative and safety-focused team.Full-Time Hours – Long-term opportunity with consistent work.??
