About the Role
You will be working on behalf of our client Australia's largest Telecommunications. Our client's purpose is to build a connected future so everyone can thrive. It's a future that won't happen on its own, it has to be delivered. And, this is where YOU come in, by playing your part in helping their customers. You will be connecting with customers around Australia to assist them in a time of need. Here, you will use your empathetic attitude with the customer, understand their situation, and develop a tailored outcome.

Full-time hours, commencing on 17th October
You will initially be on an 18 Month contract - view to extend.
Monday to Friday - No weekends
Shift hours rotating 8 : 00am to 8 : 00pm
Training located in Exhibition Street Melbourne CBD.
