DutiesDuties of a Receptionist / Administration Assistant can vary :
- General office duties as required such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc. ensuring smooth everyday operations.
- Assist with CEO and Director's diary management and Maintenance of student records in the student management information software.
- Administering and monitoring the use of the attendance system and ensuring that the attendance records are maintained continuously and accessible for the purposes of reporting to statutory body.
- Filing and updating student academic and administration files.
- Assisting planning, managing and organising registration and induction for new students.
- Liaise with education consultants on a daily basis.
- Key Selection criteria
- Attention to details and ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Exceptional skills in documentation reviews, computer skills and knowledge in Microsoft Office
- Strong interpersonal, management and organisational skills, time management,
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to speak another language will be an advantage as the role requires effective communication with international students and education consultants around the globe.
