    • Each of our Cluster, Regional and State Managers and Visual Merchandisers began their Ghanda journey on the shop floor, joining us as either a Sales Assistant or Store Manager

  • A day in the life

    • As our ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER you will be responsible for :

  • Working closely with the Store Manager to ensure that targets and KPIs are met and exceeded
  • In the absence of the Store Manager, leading the team independently to set and achieve goals
  • Overseeing the daily operations of customer service, store presentation, housekeeping, security and stock management
  • About you

  • The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team - You'll be your team's number 1 hype person and your Store Manager's right hand!
