    • Outpatient Frontline Administrative Receptionist
    • to join our team at the
    • Repat Health Precinct and CALHN Outpatient Support Services
    • In this key role, you will provide confidential clerical and administrative support while ensuring a welcoming and efficient reception service. You will play a vital role in assisting clinical staff with patient documentation, appointment procedures, and general administrative tasks that contribute to the smooth operation of outpatient services.
    • As a multi-skilled team member, you will be expected to work both collaboratively and independently, demonstrating a high level of trust and responsibility in your duties. Your ability to manage multiple tasks, communicate effectively, and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced healthcare environment will be essential.     • We are seeking a highly motivated and organised

    • Outpatient Administration Officer
    • who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment. To be successful in this role, you will have :
    • Strong communication & teamwork skills
    • Ability to interact effectively with patients, families, and a multidisciplinary team.
    • Excellent organisational & problem-solving abilities
    • Proven experience in managing multiple tasks, working under pressure, and meeting deadlines.
    • Administrative expertise & computer proficiency
    • Skilled in Microsoft Office, data entry, and hospital systems, with strong attention to detail.
    • Commitment to confidentiality & patient care
    • A professional and patient-focused approach with a strong understanding of medical terminology and office procedures.
