As an Administration Officer based at our Maroochydore site you will be part of a passionate team that helps create opportunities for people with disability to thrive at work. Your role is essential in keeping the day-to-day operations running smoothly while contributing to a workplace culture centred around people purpose and possibility.

This is more than just an admin role its an opportunity to help shape positive outcomes for our supported employees and teams through the power of organised effective and people-focused administration.

In this role your responsibilities are to :

  • Provide site-level administrative support to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations.
  • Maintain office supplies schedules meeting coordination and general correspondence.
  • Support onboarding of new staff by ensuring systems access and documentation are in place.
  • Organise digital and physical filing systems and maintain accurate data entry and records.
  • Prepare and format reports presentations and key documents.
  • Handle phone and email enquiries professionally and with care.
  • Collaborate with Work Leaders and Site Managers to support the delivery of best outcomes for our supported employees.
  • Contribute to a culture of safety person-centred service delivery and continuous improvement.

What you can bring to the team

  • Previous experience in administration or business support roles.
  • Highly organised with the ability to juggle tasks prioritise effectively and meet deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word Excel Outlook PowerPoint).
  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively.
  • Able to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Positive attitude resilience and willingness to adapt to change.
  • A customer-first mindset and passion for purpose-driven work.
