Duties may include :

• Work closely with the Lifestyle Coordinator in reporting, planning and presenting recreational activities
• facilitate activities, leading group activities, care plans for clients as well as therapy assistance to improve their quality of everyday life
• Working with each resident to continue to do the things they love
• Skills and Experience
• Experience working in similar role within aged care sector
• Certificate III in Aged Care or currently studying Certificate IV in Leisure and Health
• A born listener, you're genuinely caring to know and understand people
• Have the ability to support and facilitate clients to maintain and relearn skills related to all forms of recreational activity
• Have a great team player with excellent communication skills
