CalibrX is partnering with a global Salesforce partner to find a Senior Salesforce Solution Architect to join an existing project with a key client. You will lead the design and delivery of scalable, compliant, and high-impact Salesforce Solutions, with a focus on education and data cloud.

This is a role where you’ll own end-to-end architecture, run technical discovery, guide delivery, and work hand-in-hand with C-level stakeholders. You’ll be the go-to person across programs of work, helping shape the digital transformation journeys of clients through your deep platform expertise.

Responsibilities :

Own the architecture for large-scale Salesforce programs across this education client

Design compliant, scalable Salesforce solutions

Lead workshops, assess current-state, and define future-state architecture aligned to business goals

Develop architecture documentation, recommendations, and decision records

Collaborate with delivery leads, PMO, vendors, and steering committees to ensure successful execution

Experience :

10+ years in technology delivery with 6+ years deep Salesforce experience

Strong capability across Salesforce Solutions, especially education and data cloud.

Skilled in discovery workshops, technical design, and translating business needs into scalable solutions

Deep knowledge of Salesforce security, integration, and governance models

Excellent stakeholder engagement and the ability to communicate with both technical and executive audiences

Salesforce Application Architect or System Architect certs preferred
