You will be a pivotal team member of our Support Services Team, providing customer focussed, efficient and effective support to our Rehab Management team.
You will have strong experience in Customer Service and Administration. You will possess a high level of verbal and written communication skills and have great attention to detail. This role requires you to work collaboratively with the team, and the wider business, ensuring the required tasks are completed to a high-quality standard, which in turn contributes to smooth running of the day-to-day operations of Rehab Management.
Reporting to the National Support Services Manager, the ideal person will have the ability to forward plan and have previous experience operating in environments where they are heavily relied upon to undertake a multitude of tasks. You will be responsible for the day-to-day administration activities including general administrative tasks, customer service and providing support to management and internal team members.
About YouStrong experience in a Customer Service / Office Administration roleBe a genuine people person with fantastic communication skills - both written and verbalStrong commitment to meeting deadlines in an accurate and timely mannerEffective time management and organisational skillsComputer literate at an experienced level across MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPointExperience using Case Management software or similar (desirable)Experience in the Occupational Rehabilitation industry (desirable)Extremely organised with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and competing prioritiesCreative and innovativeAdaptable and flexibleSelf-motivated and enthusiasticTeam player who likes to pitch in with a can-do attitudeAPPLY!A current Australian driver's license and satisfactory police check to meet the requirements of the role.
