Company DescriptionNovotel Sydney Darling Square is seeking a highly organized Talent & Culture Coordinator to join our team on a Part Time basis. Reporting to the Talent & Culture Business Partner, you will support the Talent & Culture operations while also providing administrative support to our General Manager.
- Lead and manage all aspects of Talent & Culture operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
- Serve as the primary communicator, liaising with managers and staff of all levels.
- Oversee and manage Talent & Culture systems including learning management, recruitment, and filing systems.
- Provide administrative support to the General Manager, offering a unique opportunity to work closely with the Executive Committee.
- Drive innovation and process improvement while maintaining the highest levels of confidentiality and discretion.
- Qualifications
- Proficiency in managing Talent & Culture systems, such as learning management, recruitment, and filing systems.
- Excellent communication skills to ensure effective distribution of information to hotel staff.
- Excellent communication skills to ensure effective dissemination of information to hotel staff.
- Experience in planning and executing engagement activations for teams is a plus.
