Running sites like a boss and keeping things on time and to specLeading the crew with purpose - setting out jobs, assigning tasks, and getting stuck inOperating machinery (especially excavators & positracs) to a high standardKeeping machines clean, sites tidy, and clients happyStaying accountable - from pre-starts to daily logs, timesheets, and docketsWorking with a variety of personalities and knowing how to get the best out of each oneTaking pride in your work and mentoring those coming up behind youYou'll need :
Experience in civil and general excavation (small subdivisions are our bread & butter)White Card + RII tickets for excavator, skid steer, and rollerStrong skills reading plans, using lasers, and estimating volumesMechanical knowledge and problem-solving savvyA current HR or HC driver's licenceZero criminal convictionsThe ability to follow systems, think ahead, and leave the site better than you found itWho you are :
