Guidance Practice - Knowledge and skills in current guidance practice, educational policies and curriculum, complex case management. Ability to review external reports and advise on implications / possible impacts accessing learning environment. Knowledge of, and skills in transition planning and implementation across education junctures and also education / alternate learning option junctures. Ability to participate in QCHS data collection processes.
Communication - Interpersonal and communication skills including the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team, develop and maintain effective and collaborative partnerships in service delivery, develop and maintain supportive relationships with young people and their families. Ability to communicate and respond in a timely manner.
