This role is for a global professional services company focused on business improvements and standards regarding sustainability and social responsibility.
They are looking for a Sales and Marketing Director to enhance their service delivery across the ANZ region and lead their team. The role is a mix of strategic vision, business development, leadership, operational management and an understanding of sales and marketing dynamics.
The ideal candidate will be motivated and driven with a successful track record of leading teams and a keen focus on sales and customer acquisition.
Responsibilities :
- Responsible for new business sales and increasing business with existing customers.
- Lead, develop and motivate the team.
- Collaborate with financial director and managers to develop financial plans and forecasts.
- Formulate strategies to drive sales and revenue growth, market share and brand recognition.
- Drive focus on sectors and streams, using market data.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
Requirements :
Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident.Must have 10+ years sales / leadership experience within consulting / professional services.Must have track record of directly managing teams of 10+.Strong business development experience.Sydney based.Benefits :
